With the passage of Senate Bill 214, the Alaska State Legislature, with support from the Governor’s Office, appropriated $14.6 million, fully funding the top nine projects as provided by AEA’s Round 18 recommended projects list. A link to the list of these nine projects funded in the FY2027 capital budget is provided below.
AEA would like to thank the Legislature and Governor for their continued recognition of the Renewable Energy Fund Grant Program’s efficacy in promoting the integration of renewable energy projects within the statewide energy portfolio, and its dedicated support of the grant program.
